Description
If you receive the normal SharePoint forms auth login pages after finishing the configuration you may be seeing the following issue:
 
Sometimes when the stsadm -o addwindowsliveauth command is executed the login form attribute is not changed.  This can be resolved by editing the web.config manually and updating the <forms> XML tag to:
 
<forms name="livelogin" loginUrl="/_layouts/liveauth-handler.aspx?action=login" />
